The Gen Giammanco Foundation provides financial support to student athletes to assist in their pursuit of both scholastic and athletic success at the collegiate level.
The student-athletes that are eligible for assistance must be high school students who reside in Monterey County or one of the following the cities: Morgan Hill, Santa Clarita or Ventura. Eligible students must continue their education and athletic career at a college or university. Funding of a Gen Giammanco Foundation (GGF) Award is contingent on the student-athlete becoming a member of a NCAA or NAIA collegiate athletic team. Other criteria for eligibility include the applicant’s leadership, sportsmanship, community service, academic record and financial need.
GGF Awards will be distributed on an annual basis.
Each GGF Award will be a minimum of $1000.00.
Application forms are available to download on the GGF website, www.gengiammancofoundation.com. To submit application, the completed application and required attachments must be emailed to gensfoundation@gmail.com by the below due date.
The application deadline is March 31st of the current application year. The deadline is the date after which applications will no longer be accepted. The Gen Giammanco Foundation uses the date emails are sent to determine date of submission.
